宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕症对于妊娠与性生活质量影响 　　【摘要】目的：探讨宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕症对于妊娠与性生活质量的影响。方法：输卵管性不孕症患者120例根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组各60例，对照组宫腔镜下输卵管疏通术，治疗组选择宫腹腔镜联合手术。结果：两组的麻醉时间、手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间进行对比，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组术后感染、出血、低钠血症、低血压等并发症总体发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。治疗组的术后6个月与1年的妊娠率分别为36.7%和80.0%，对照组分别为20.0%和45.0%，治疗组的术后6个月与1年妊娠率明显高于对照组（P0.05）。治疗组术后6个月的性欲、性高潮、性心理、性交愉悦评分都明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：宫腹腔镜联合治疗女性输卵管性不孕症并不增加手术复杂度，术后并发症更少，能促进性生活质量与妊娠率的提高，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】腹腔镜；宫腔镜；手术治疗；输卵管性不孕症；妊娠；性生活质量 　　Effects on quality of sexual life and pregnancy of laparoscopy combined hysteroscopy in treating oviductive infertilityCUI Lixin1， ZHANG Zhou2. 1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Xi’an Qujiang Maternity Hospital， Xi’an 710054， China； 2.Assisted Reproductive Center， Shaanxi Province Maternal and Children Care Health Hospital， Xi’an 710003， China 　　【Abstract】Objectives： To investigate the effects on quality of sexual life and pregnancy of laparoscopy combined hysteroscopy in treating oviductive infertility. Methods： 120 oviductive infertility women were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly， each of 60 cases. The control group was given tubal dredge operation under hysteroscopy， while the treatment group was given the laparoscopy combined hysteroscopy surgery. Results： Differences in the time of anesthesia， operative time， blood loss， postoperative hospital stay between the two groups were not statistically significant （P0.05）. The incidence rates of overall complication including postoperative infection， bleeding， hyponatremia and hypotension in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group （P0.05）. The postoperative 6 months and 1 year of pregnancy rates in the treatment group were 36.7% and 80.0%， and were 20.0% and 45.0% in the control group， with statistically significant difference between the two groups respectively （P0.05）.
