家庭护理干预对脑卒中患者康复效果影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨家庭护理干预对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响。方法 选择我院2013年10月～2015年10月收治的急性脑梗死患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。两组均采用常规护理方法，观察组同时实施家庭护理干预。观察两组患者护理干预前后NIHSS评分和Barthel评分改变情况，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表观察两组患者护理干预前后抑郁情绪改变情况。结果 观察组干预后NIHSS评分、Barthel评分分别为（3.68±1.06）分、（68.8±5.5）分，与对照组的（5.36±1.87）分、（56.6±6.3）分比较，差异有统计学意义（t=5.5265，P=0.0000；t=10.3153，P=0.0000）；观察组护理干预后抑郁情绪评分为（8.9±3.4）分，与对照组的（14.3±3.8）分比较，差异有统计学意义（t=7.4885，P=0.0000，P0.05）。结论 家庭护理干预能够显著提高脑卒中患者的康复效果，缓解其抑郁情绪，护理效果显著。 　　[关键词]急性脑梗死；家庭护理；康复；抑郁；护理效果 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）06（a）-0176-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of family nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with stroke.Methods 100 cases with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group from October 2013 to October 2015，with 50 cases in each group.Two groups were all given conventional nursing methods，The family nursing intervention was used to the observation group at the same time.NIHSS score and Barthel score were observed in the two groups before and after nursing intervention，the mood of depression by Hamilton Depression Scale was evaluated in the two groups of patients before and after nursing intervention.Results The NIHSS score（3.68±1.06）and Barthel score（68.8±5.5）in the observation group were compared with the NIHSS score（5.36±1.87）and Barthel score（56.6±6.3）in the control group after nursing intervention，the difference was statistically significant（t=5.5265，P=0.0000；t=10.3153，P=0.0000）.The score of depression（8.9±3.4）in the observation group were compared with those（14.3±3.8）in the control group after nursing intervention，the difference was statistically significant （t=7.4885，P=0.0000，P0.05）.Conclusion The family nursing intervention can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients，and alleviate the depression，the nursing effect is significant. 　　[Key words]Acute cerebral infarction；Family nursing；Rehabilitation；Depression；Nu
