华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract Nowadays, implementation of Project cost management can improve project Productivity and reduce the cost by better information sharing and Providing Products and service more quickly with limited resource and lowest cost under the quickly changeable and globalize automobile market environment. First，the history of the Project management is brief stated in this thesis，including the theory of the Project cost control. And then , current project management system, project validation procedure, structure development plan, matrix organization and project cost structure of V company was presented in this thesies. At the second of chapter, it takes V company project life time cost management as study object to analyze the present strongpoint of V company project cost control system and point out existing problems in the current project cost control system based on different phases(competition phase ,design phase ,design validation phase ,etc) in project lifecycle. Lastly, the thesis try to define the target price with the input from customer development plan , customer requirement analyze, competitor analyze, market price analyze , history database. And then the define the project target cost by using target cost method, After that , the project cost breakdown plan was identified base on standard project cost model . At the design phase , design for cost , value engineer- as a tool for design for cost , was applied into design activity to reduce cost , to reach the target cost . Those design will be optimized at design validation phase and reach the project target design cost .
