II II RESEARCH ON SS SUGAR COMPANY PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT ABSTRACT For a manufacturing enterprise, the equipment for every link and process are indispensable from processing of raw materials to product sales. Soundness equipment relates to the operations and management of the company directly. whats more, the equipment utilization relates to the business development and benefits directly, either. SS Sugar company is an enterprise for agricultural products processing, whose equipment management is an important part of the management. It an important issue for the company to strengthen the equipment management and design the equipment management solution. In this dissertation, the equipment management problems of the company was described firstly, and the characteristics and management features of the company was analyzed then, the equipment management was divided into equipment pre-management, equipment maintenance management, and equipment operation management. At last, focused on several aspects of these problem, the corresponding management strategies was proposed. The author continuously learns professional knowledge and theoretical aspects of equipment management while working, contrasts equipment management issues and professional systems theory, and then puts forward solutions and countermeasures for the existing problems, combined with the actual situation of enterprises. The ultimate aim is to make the companys equipment management more reasonable. Good equipment management makes business more competitive and has more development force.
