At present, foreign O2O has been relatively mature, the application of O2O forms in china are more simple, are lack of operating model. Due to practical O2O operating model has developed rapidly, but the O2O operating model of theoretical research is relatively backward, and this paper studies SS network O2O platform operating model mechanism and the establishment of the evaluation model to enrich the domestic theory system. After reading a large number of scholars about the document of operating model, this article analysis the O2O mode profits operating mechanism, from the perspective of value chain and value net two O2O operating model has carried on the classification definition, based on the operating pattern of Wei Hui and Zhu wu-xiang six elements theory to establish evaluation index system of O2O mode profits, through a case study based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This dissertation first illustrates the research background, puts forward the research purpose, research contents and research methods, define some key concepts. After it put forward O2O concept to do a simple introduction, and then analyzes the origin and development of operating model, from the angle of the various schools of operating model elements, the path of innovation motivation, innovation and O2O mode profits evaluation theory and the theoretical basis of O2O operating pattern classification: customer value theory, theory of value chain and value network theory.
