河南某市农村老年人关节疾病影响因素分析 　　摘 要：目的 通过对河南某市农村老年人膝、腰关节疾病调查，了解河南某市农村老年人的膝、腰关节功能健康状况，为其提供方便可行的卫生服务。方法 对随机抽样该市15个行政村2201名老年人中患关节性疾病的影响因素及防治情况进行分析。结果 在调查的2156名老年人中，有膝、腰椎疾病的人数为668人，占调查人数的31.00%。生理特征、不健康的工作生活方式、关节过度负重是其发病的主要关联因素。结论 老年人关节疾病主要是骨性?P节炎，年龄、性别、遗传、肥胖、关节外伤史、过渡运动等是其发病的主要危险因素。早期发现早治疗，延缓病程进展是目前的治疗原则。 　　关键词：农村老年人；关节疾病；影响因素 　　中图分类号：R195.4 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.08.040 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）08-0119-03 　　Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Senile Joint Disease in a Rural Area of Henan Province 　　HE Yuan，WU Zhi-hong，ZHOU Hui，WANG Li-dan 　　（Department of Outpatient，PLA No.153 Central Hospital，Zhengzhou 450042，Henan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the knee and lumbar joint functioning status of rural elderly in a city in Henan province by investigating the knee and lumbar joint diseases of the rural elderly in a city in Henan province，and provide them with convenient and feasible health services.Methods We analyzed the influencing factors and prevention and treatment of joint disease in 2201 old people in 15 administrative villages in the city.Results Among the 2156 elderly people surveyed，668 had knee and lumbar diseases， accounting for 31.00% of the surveyed population.Physiological characteristics，unhealthy working lifestyles，and excessive joint weight are the main factors associated with their onset.Conclusion The joint disease in the elderly is mainly osteoarthritis.Age，gender， inheritance，obesity，history of joint trauma and transitional movement are the main risk factors.Early detection of early treatment， delaying the progression of the disease is the current principle of treatment. 　　Key words：Rural elderly；Joint diseases；Influencing factors 　　老年人关节疾病绝大多数要归结于骨性关节炎，是一种表现为关节疼痛和活动受限的退行性关节病具有高度的致残性，早期预防和治疗能最大程度地避免关节损伤，减轻疼痛，提高生活质量。通过义诊活动发现河南某市农村老年人患关节性疾病人员较多，为了解其发病的影响因素、预防和治疗情况，为探讨农村老年人健康状况对社区卫生服务的需求及其影响因素，为建立新型农村老年人卫生服务模式提供科学依据[1]，以便采取针对性防治措施，选取2017年4～11月对河南某市部分乡村2201人老年人膝、腰关节健康状况进行调查，现分析如下。 　　1对象与方法 　　1.1研究对象 选取2017年4～11月对河南某市部分乡村
