活血化瘀法治疗肺气肿临床疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨活血化瘀法治疗肺气肿的临床效果。方法：选取80例肺气肿患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组40例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗方式进行治疗，研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上，让患者加服活血化瘀汤进行治疗。观察和对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后两组患者高切黏度和低切黏度与治疗前相比，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对肺气肿患者采用活血化瘀法进行干预治疗可以从根本上调节患者体内的痰液和血液的状态，对血液流变学进行优化，显著提高肺气肿患者的治疗效果，值得在临床上推广。 　　【关键词】 中西结合； 肺气肿； 活血化瘀汤 　　中图分类号 R563.3 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）4-0021-02 　　Clinical Effect of Activating Blood Circulation in the Treatment of Emphysema/XIE Xu-guang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（4）：21-22 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effects of Activating Blood Circulation in the treatment of emphysema.Method：80 patients who suffered from the emphysema were taken as the research objects，and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，40 cases in each group.In the control group，they were treated with the routine western medicines，while in the observation group，they were treated with Activating Blood Circulation Soup on the basis of the control group.Then，the clinical effects of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result：The whole effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than the control group，and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.However，after the treatment，the high viscosity and the low viscosity of two groups had evident differences and the differences had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment for emphysema by Activating Blood Circulation Soup can adjust the situations of sputum and blood of in the body of patients，optimize the hemorheology and can effectively the treatment effects of patients suffering from emphysema.Thus，it should be promoted in the clinic applications. 　　【Key words】 Integration of Chinese and Western； Emphysema； Activate Blood Circulation Soup 　　First-author’s address：Traditional Chinese Hospital of Huazhou City，Huazhou 525100，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.04.010 　　肺气肿是临床上常见的一种支气管疾病，其是由于患者
