活血祛瘀汤对手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡尺骨干双骨折后疼痛肢体肿胀影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨活血祛瘀汤对手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡、尺骨干双骨折后疼痛、肢体肿胀的影响。 方法 收集2014年1月～2016年2月来我院骨科就诊并行手法复位夹板外固定治疗的桡、尺骨干双骨折患者74例，按随机数字表法分为两组，对照组37例，给予常规西医药物治疗，观察组37例，给予中医活血祛瘀汤治疗，治疗5 d后，观察两组疼痛及肢体肿胀情况。 结果 观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组疼痛有效缓解率高于对照组（P0.05）；观察组肿胀症状有效缓解率高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 对桡、尺骨干双骨折患者在手法复位夹板外固定治疗基础上联合活血祛瘀汤治疗效果较好，能显著缓解患者疼痛、肿胀症状。 　　[关键词] 桡、尺骨干双骨折；手法复位；夹板外固定；活血祛瘀汤 　　[中图分类号] R274.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）33-0012-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Quyu decoction on the pain and limb swelling after radial and ulnar fractures treated by manual reduction and splint external fixation. Methods A total of 74 patients with double fractures of radial and ulnar fractures who were diagnosed in the department of orthopedics in our hospital and treated with manual reduction and splint external fixation from January 2014 to February 2016 were selected. According to the random number table method， the patients were divided into two groups. In the control group， 37 cases were treated with conventional western medicine. In the observation group， 37 cases were given the Chinese medicine of Huoxue Quyu decoction. After 5 days of treatment， the pain and limb swelling were observed between the two groups. Results The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after the treatment（P0.05）； the effective pain relief rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）； the effective remission rate of the swelling symptom in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of the treatment of manual reduction and splint external fixation in the patients with radial and ulna fractures， combined Huoxue Quyu decoction has a better curative effect， which is able to significantly alleviate patients symptoms of pain and swelling. 　　[Key words] Radial and ulnar fractures； Manual reduction； Splint external fixation； Huoxue Quyu decoction 　　尺骨
