流产后关爱对人工流产女性降低重复流产率影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析流产后关爱对人工流产女性降低重复流产率的影响。 方法 选择2015年6月～2016年1月期间我院收治人工流产患者98例，按照入院ID号随机分为对照组与观察组，观察组采用PAC服务模式，对照组采用常规流产服务模式，比较两组患者人工流产知识掌握情况、高效避孕情况以及重复流产率。 结果 两组患者人工流产知识掌握情况比较，观察组患者各项评分均优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；术后12个月重复流产率比较，观察组重复流产率2.0%，显著低于对照组14.3%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 流产后关爱有助于提高女性人工流产知识掌握情况，促进高效避孕实施，降低长期重复流产率。 　　[关键词] 流产后关爱；人工流产；重复流产；避孕 　　[中图分类号] R169.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）14-181-03 　　Effect of post abortion care on the rate of repeated abortions in induced abortion women 　　HUANG Huibin DONG Qiuyan CHEN Yanfei 　　Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic，Qingyuan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital，Qingyuan 511500，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the effect of post abortion care （PAC） on the rate of repeated abortions in induced abortion women. Methods 98 cases of abortion women cured in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to admission number ID.Patients in observation group were treated with PAC service model，and pateints in control group were treated with routine abortion service model.Knowledge of abortion，effective contraception and rate of repeated abortion of the two groups were compared. Results Comparing the knowledge of abortion，the scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group，and there was statistical difference （P0.05）.The rate of repeated abortion in the observation group was 2%，which was significantly lower than that of the control group （14.3%） in December，and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）.
