注射用红花黄色素治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究应用注射用红花黄色素在治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤方面的临床效果。方法 将80例烧伤总面积30%TBSA的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者，随机分两组，对照组常规治疗；观察组在常规治疗基础上+注射用红花黄色素。对二组患者创面消肿时间、治疗14 d后创面愈合率、创面痊愈时间等指标做统计对比。结果 观察组消肿时间比对照组缩短1.65 d，观察组痊愈时间比对照组5.34 d，观察组14 d后创面愈合率比对照组22.18%，结果差异有统计学意义（P0.05 ）。结论 注射用红花黄色素能明显促进深Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面的消肿，加快愈合，改善创面愈合质量，减轻瘢痕形成，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 注射用红花黄色素；深Ⅱ度烧伤；临床研究 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（a）-0159-03 　　Clinical Study of Safflower Yellow Injection in Treatment of Patient with DeepⅡDegree Burn Wounds 　　WANG Zhi-dong 　　Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery， Peoples Hospital of Anqiu City， Anqiu， Shandong Province， 262100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of safflower yellow injection in treatment of patient with deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds. Methods 80 cases with Body surface area burns 30% TBSA of deep Ⅱdegree burn wounds were divided into 2 groups， the control group received conventional therapy， observation group were used on the basis of conventional treatment combined with safflower yellow injection. For the treatment of two groups of patients with edema time，14 days after wound healing rate， wound healing time and so on indicators for statistical comparison. Results Compared with the control group， the treatment group exhibited a shorter to 1.65 d in edema time， the healing time was was shorted to 5.34 d， 14 days after wound healing rate is significantly higher than control group in 22.18%，the incorporation was statistically signification （P0.05）. Conclusion Safflower yellow injection can obviously promote the deep Ⅱ degree burn wound swelling in patients， and accelerate the healing process， improve healing quality， reducing scar formation，thus is popularized in clinical application. 　　[Key words] Safflower Yellow Injection； Deep ⅡDegree Burn Wounds； Clinical Study 　　烧伤是由多种原因引起的一种损伤性疾病，通常分为热烧伤及特殊原因引起的特殊性烧伤。日常生活中常见的烧伤，多为热烧伤，即各种高温物质导致的烧伤，少部分为化学物质、电流及放射线引起的特殊类型烧伤。其中尤以Ⅱ度烧伤最为常见，Ⅱ度烧伤分为浅Ⅱ度烧伤及深Ⅱ度烧伤。浅Ⅱ度烧伤留有部分真皮生发层，所以愈合时间短，一般2周内愈合，愈合后不留瘢痕[1]。
