注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察。 方法 选择我院2013年1月～2014年10月收治的急性脑梗死患者90例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组45例，对照组给予疏血通注射液，观察组在对照组治疗基础上，加用脑蛋白水解物注射液。观察两组患者治疗效果。 结果 观察组采用注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗急性脑梗死总有效率为88.89%，明显高于对照组71.11%，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。经治疗，两组患者神经功能缺损均有改善，明显好于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。比较两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分，观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 脑蛋白水解物有利于神经系统细胞的修复，改善神经功能缺损，对治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。 　　[关键词] 脑蛋白水解物；急性；脑梗死；神经功能缺损 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）24-70-03 　　Effect observation of brain protein hydrolysate injection on acute cerebral infarction 　　WANG Bingguo WU Zhongya 　　Department of Internal Medicine Nerve， Peoples Hospital of Jiawang District， Xuzhou 221011， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of brain protein hydrolysate injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 cases of acute cerebral infarction， who in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 year October， were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group， 45 cases in each group. The control group was given Shuxuetong injection， and the observation group was given brain protein hydrolysate injection， based on the treatment of control group. The effects of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 88.89%， significantly higher than the control group 71.11%， with significant difference （P0.05）. After treatment， the neurologic impairment of two groups were improved， significantly better than those before treatment， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Compared the neurologic impairment scores of two groups after treatment， the observation group was significantly better than the control group， significant difference had statistics significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Brain protein hydrolysate is advantageous to repair cells in the nervous system， can improve the neurological impairment， and have significant therapeutic effect on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. 　　[Key words] Brain protein hydrolys
