水氧治疗仪联合红蓝光照射治疗中重度痤疮疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨水氧治疗仪联合红蓝光照射治疗中重度痤疮的临床有效性与安全性。方法 方便选取2016年1月―2017年5月该院收治的60例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象，随机分两组。对照组30例，予以患者口服异维A酸联合红蓝光照射治疗；实验组30例，患者在对照组治疗基础上加用水氧治疗仪。对比观察两组疗效，统计不良反应。 结果 实验组治疗有效率90.0%，皮损控制时间（1.3±0.2）周，症状改善时间（2.1±0.3）周，各项指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 水氧治疗仪联合红蓝光照射治疗中重度痤疮，可快速控制并改善患者皮损症状，临床疗效显著，而且不会增加不良反应，治疗安全有效，值得推广使用。 　　[关键词] 中重度痤疮；水氧治疗仪；红蓝光照射 　　[中图分类号] R758 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（a）-0089-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effectiveness and safety of water oxygen therapeutic apparatus combined with red-blue irradiation in treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods 60 cases of patients with moderate to severe acne admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， the control group adopted the oral administration of 13-cis-retinoic acid combined with red-blue irradiation， while the experimental group added the water oxygen therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group， and the curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The treatment effective rate， skin defect control time， symptom improvement time in the experimental group were respectively 90.0%，（1.3±0.2）weeks and（2.1±0.3） weeks， which were better than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The water oxygen therapeutic apparatus combined with red-blue irradiation in treatment of moderate to severe acne can rapidly control and improve the skin defect symptoms， with obvious clinical curative effect， but without increasing the adverse reactions， and the treatment is safe and effective， and it is worth promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Moderate to severe acne； Water oxygen therapeutic apparatus； Red-blue irradiation 　　痤??是皮肤科常见慢性炎症性皮肤病，多见于青少年群体，可引起多形性皮损，使面部美观度下降，特别是中重度痤疮，可造成永久性痤疮疤痕，影响患者心理健康及社交生活[1]。目前，临床治疗本病主要根据病症分级予以对症疗法，以有效解除症状，达到治愈目的。该院近年来在异维A酸联合红
