小儿高热惊厥康复护理探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：分析小儿高热惊厥的康复护理方法与效果。方法：选取2014年2月-2017年2月笔者所在医院收治的高热惊厥患儿60例，随机分为两组，对照组30例采用常规护理，观察组30例采用综合康复护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组患儿平均住院时间、退热时间、惊厥消退时间显著短于对照组，护理满意度评分显著高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对小儿高热惊厥患儿进行康复护理干预的效果显著，能够有效改善患儿各种临床症状，缩短其住院时间，提高患儿家长满意度，临床上值得推广。 　　【关键词】 小儿； 高热惊厥； 康复护理； 常规护理； 效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.9.045 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）09-0090-03 　　Study on the Rehabilitative Nursing Care of Febrile Convulsion in Children/YANG Yun.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（9）：90-92 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing method of febrile convulsion in childre.Method：From February 2014 to February 2017，60 cases admitted in our hospital with febrile convulsion were randomly divided into two groups.The control group with 30 cases was treated with routine nursing，the observation group with 30 cases were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The effect of nursing were compared between the two groups.Result：The average hospitalization time，antipyretic time and convulsion regression time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group，and the scores of nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on children with fever convulsion is remarkable，which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children，shorten the hospitalization time，and improve the satisfaction of parents，which is worth to be popularized clinically. 　　【Key words】 Children； Febrile convulsion； Rehabilitation nursing； Routine nursing； Effect 　　First-author’s address：Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology，Xiaogan 432000，China 　　高?峋?厥在临床上十分常见，发病率高，5岁以下小儿为该疾病的主要发病群体[1-3]。发病时，患儿四周或者面部肌肉会出现抽搐现象，并且还会有斜视、眼睛上翻等症状出现，病情反复发作之后便会对患儿的脑细胞造成直接损伤，严重的情况下还可能会促使其出现神经功能障碍[4-6]。基于此，对小儿高热惊厥进行有效控制，避免其复发是十分必要的。除了采用有效方式对患儿进行治疗外，为其提供优质
