The IL-10 level of flu model group show a general heightening tendency without distinct difference in normal group（P0.05） and “QiXiang aerosol” group and the positive control group increase the level of IL-10 more compared with model group (P0.01). 3．The lung index of model group was higher than that of in normal group （P0.01）; “QiXiang aerosol” group decrease the level of lung index compared with model group obviously (P0.01). The spleen index of model group show a general heightening tendency without distinct difference in normal group（P0.05）and other groups has no obvious change （P0.05）. The thymus index of model group was lower than that of in normal group （P0.01）; “QiXiang aerosol” group and the positive control group didn’t show distinct difference compared model group （ P ﹥ 0.05 ） ; the thymus index of “QiXiang aerosol” high group is higher than that of model group obviously （P0.05）. The CD4 percentage of model group is lower than that of normal group observably （P0.01）, the CD8 percentage higher contrarily（P0.01）, so the CD4/CD8 of model group is lower than that of normal group obviously（P0.01）; “QiXiang aerosol” group and the positive control group increase CD4 and decrease CD8, so heighten the CD4/CD8 ratio. There is statistical significance compared with model group（P0.01）. The inflammatory changes in lung tissue of all the three “QiXiang aerosol” groups much alleviative than that of model group a certain extent. Conclusion: The results show that “QiXiang aerosol” pretreatment can reduce pulmonary pathological damage of flu mice and modulate the immune response of lungs.
