应用超声在溃疡性结肠炎与结肠癌中对比研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超声检查在鉴别诊断溃疡性结肠炎与结肠癌中的临床应用价值。方法 方便选取自2015年7月―2016年12月将临床病理确诊的30例溃疡性结肠炎患者与30例结肠癌患者对比观察超声声像图特点，并对病变管壁厚度、病变肠管收缩期血流峰值流速（PSV）及病变肠管血流阻力指数（RI）进行比较。 结果 经统计学分析，结肠癌组病变肠壁厚度大于溃疡性结肠炎组，差异有统计学意义（t=-2.15，P0.05）。结肠癌病变肠壁收缩期血流峰值流速（PSV）大于溃疡性结肠炎组，差异有统计学意义（t=-3.78，P0.01）。结肠癌病变肠管血流阻力指数（RI）大于溃疡性结肠炎组，差异有统计学意义（t=-3.25，P0.01）。 结论 溃疡性结肠炎与结肠癌在超声声像图上有各自特点，超声检查对于病变结肠的厚度，收缩期血流峰值流速及血流阻力指数的测量，可有助于鉴别溃疡性结肠炎与结肠癌。 　　[关键词] 彩色多普勒超声；溃疡性结肠炎；结肠癌 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（c）-0193-03 　　Comparative Research on Application of Ultrasound in the Ulcerative Colitis and Colon Cancer 　　ZHANG Xiao-xia1， YANG Ling2，WANG Zhao-xin2，YU Yi-qun1 　　1.Spleen-Stomach Hepatology Department， Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine， Beijing， 100078 China；2.Department of Function Examination， Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine， Beijing， 100078 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical application value of ultrasound examination in differential diagnosis of ulcerative colitis and colon cancer.
