建立上海市长宁区社区卫生服务中心门诊管理质控督查标准实践 　　摘 要 门诊是社区卫生服务中心面向社会的窗口，群众对于门诊医疗质量的要求日益提高。上海市长宁区的门诊医疗服务质量管理尚不规范，原有的制度已不适应社区卫生服务中心不断改革发展的需要，其管理模式、管理方法、实施工具急需统一和完善。为此，长宁区医学会根据上海市门诊管理质量控制中心的相关标准制定了《长宁区社区卫生服务中心门诊服务管理、门诊医疗管理质量控制标准》（试行稿），并且在长宁区10家社区卫生服务中心门诊进行了试运行，力求探索和建立社区卫生服务中心门诊医疗质量控制体系的实践模版。 　　关键词 社区卫生服务中心 门诊管理 质控督查标准 　　中图分类号：R197.32 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）06-0011-03 　　Practice of establishment of the quality control supervision standard of the outpatient department management of the community health service centers in Changning District of Shanghai 　　YE Shanlong， JIANG Xueyu， JIN Li， GU Yonggang， WU Yufen 　　（1.Changning Medical Association of Shanghai， Shanghai 200051， China； 2.Tongren Hospital affiliated to Jiao Tong University， Shanghai 　　200336， China） 　　ABSTRACT The outpatient department is a window of the community health service centers to the society， and the people’s requirement for the quality of the medical treatment of the outpatient department is increasing day by day. The quality management of the outpatient medical service in Changning District of Shanghai was not standardized， the original system did not adapt to the needs of the continuous reform development of the community health service centers， and it was urgent to unify and improve the management mode and methods， and implementation tools. Therefore， according to the related standards of the outpatient management quality control centre of Shanghai， Changning District Medical Association formulated “the standards of the outpatient service management and the quality control of the outpatient medical management of the community health service centers of Changning District” （trial draft）， and the test running was carried out in the outpatient departments of 10 community health service centers to strive to explore and establish the practice model of the outpatient medical quality control system of the community health service centers. 　　KEY WORDS community health service center； outpatient management； qua
