华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I I 摘 要 随着知识经济时代的到来，知识被认为竞争优势的来源之一。如何创造新的知 识受到越来越多的关注。但是目前企业与高校的科研团队中知识创造的成果却不尽 如人意。怎样通过各种手段方法提高团队和个人的知识创造绩效，成为企业与高校 面临的重要挑战。因此探讨知识创造绩效的影响因素非常有必要。 本文结合团队成员多样性与网络结构两个视角进行研究。其中团队成员多样性 指标我们从成员合作关系角度选取了物理距离多样性和认识时间多样性；网络结构 指标我们选取了网络中心性和网络密度；知识创造绩效用文章所在期刊影响因子指 标来衡量。本文以美国 27 所高校商学院的 325 位学者的科研合作团队作为研究对象， 收集了他们 2000-2009 年间在 ISI 上发表的论文，建立了合作网络模型，统计处理得 到 893 条数据。通过社会网络分析和统计分析，本文检验了以上四个指标对分别对 知识创造绩效的影响，以及合作关系多样性在网络结构与知识创造之间的调节作用。 研究结果表明：物理距离多样性对知识创造绩效的影响不显著；认识时间多样性与 网络中心性分别正向影响知识创造绩效；网络密度负向影响知识创造绩效；合作关 系多样性加强了网络密度对知识创造的负向作用，但不调节网络中心性对知识创造 的影响。最后，对结果进行了讨论，并指出了以后的研究方向。 关键词： 多样性 合作网 网络密度 网络中心性 知识创造 II II Abstract With the knowledge economy era, knowledge is considered a source of competitive advantage. How to create new knowledge by more and more attention. However, the current research team knowledge creation results are not satisfactory in enterprise and universities. How to improve the team knowledge creation and individual performance through various means of, become key challenges for enterprise and universities. Therefore, to explore factors affecting the performance of knowledge creation is necessary. In this paper, we combine the two perspectives of team members diversity and network structure to study the factors affecting the performance of knowledge creation. We choose the diversity of physical distance and the diversity of collaboration time as diversity of partnership indexes, and also netwok centrality and density, as relationship network structures indexes，and the journal impact factor to measure the performance of team knowledge creation. We selected 325 scholars’ research cooperation networks in school of business of 27 universities in American,and the information of papers published in ISI between 2000-2009.After statistical processing,we collected 893 sets of data,and established the database of research cooperation network.
