左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征的效果。 方法 选取2013年1月～2014年1月本院收治的70例老年甲状腺功能减退综合征患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各35例。观察组给予左甲状腺素钠治疗，对照组给予甲状腺片治疗。比较两组治疗前后的各指标水平及治疗有效率。 结果 两组治疗后的TSH水平显著低于治疗前，FT4与FT3水平显著高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治疗后的TSH、FT3水平显著低于对照组治疗后，FT4水平显著高于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的总有效率为94.3%，显著高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征的效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 左甲状腺素钠；老年甲状腺功能减退；效果分析 　　[中图分类号] R581.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）05（b）-0123-03 　　Effect analysis of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism syndrome 　　ZHANG Ya-qin 　　Department of Cardiology，People′s Hospital of Haimen City in Jiangsu Province，Haimen 226100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism syndrome. Methods 70 elderly patients with hypothyroidism syndrome in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，35 cases in each group.The observation group was given levothyroxine sodium，the control group was given thyroxine tablet.The level of indexes and therapeutic effective rate before and after treatment in two groups was compared. Results The level of thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH） in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment，the levels of free thyroxine （FT4） and free triiodothyronine （FT3） in two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment，with significant difference（P0.05）.The level of TSH，FT3 in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group after treatment，the level of FT4 in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference（P0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.3%，which was higher than 80.0% in the control group，with significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of e
