延续健康教育在脑卒中偏瘫患者中应用 　　【摘要】目的探讨延续健康教育在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法将80例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为研究组和对照组各40例，两组住院期间均予以常规护理及专科健康教育，出院时进行出院指导。研究组在此基础上，出院后给予延续健康教育干预，包括成立延续健康教育小组，建立延续健康教育档案，制定个性化的康复教育方案，实施延续健康教育措施。于患者出院时、出院后3个月、出院后6个月评价日常生活活动能力、肢体运动功能。结果出院时两组日常生活活动能力评分比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），出院后3个月、6个月两组日常生活活动能力评分均显著改善（P0.05），出院后3个月、6个月两组肢体运动功能评分均显著改善（P0.01），研究组改善更明显（P0.001）。结论延续健康教育能够提高脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力及肢体运动功能，有助于脑卒中患者的早日康复。 　　【关键词】脑卒中；偏瘫； 健康教育；日常生活活动能力；肢体运动功能 　　中图分类号：R473.5文献标识码：ADOI：10.3969/j.issn.1003-1383.2017.06.012 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the effect of continuous health education on stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods80 stroke patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine care and specialist health education during the hospital stay，and given discharging guidance after discharging from hospital，and based on which the study group were given continuous health education after discharging from hospital which included setting up continuing health education group，establishing continuing health education files，setting up individualized rehabilitation education program，and implementing continuous health education measures. The activities of daily living and limb movement were evaluated at the time of discharge，3 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge. ResultsDifference of the scores of activities of daily living between the two groups at discharge was not statistically significant（P0.05），the scores of activities of daily living in the two groups significantly improved 3 months and 6 months after discharge（P0.05），3 months and 6 months after discharge，the scores of limb motor function in the two groups significantly improved（P0.01），and those of the study group improved more obviously（P0.001）.ConclusionContinuous health education can improve the activities of daily living and limb motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia，which is helpful for the early rehabilitation of stroke patients. 　　【Key
