I I 摘 要 摘 要 在人口老龄化进程不断加快的时代背景下，老年人的生活幸福程度直接影响到整个 社会的繁荣稳定，是我们不容忽视的一个重要群体，老年人在医疗保健、精神文化、社 会福利、日常消费等与日常生活息息相关的各种问题将日益凸显，获知信息对老年人的 生活适应、生活满意度、与自尊心等方面都有十分积极的意义。 本文在借鉴国外日常生活信息行为研究的基础上，以马斯洛需求层次理论为出发 点，采用非结构化访谈和调查问卷方式，对老年人日常生活信息行为做了实证调查，通 过探究老年人日常生活所面临的问题及为解决这些问题所发生的信息行为，获取这些信 息的渠道及其影响因素，来了解城市老年人的日常生活信息行为特征，最后从政府、信 息服务机构和图书馆角度对提高城市老年人信息服务提出了相应的建议，使信息服务机 构和专业信息人员更有效方便的为老年人提供信息服务，尽可能地满足社会逐渐增大的 老年群体的生活和发展需求,以提高老年人的生活质量和满意度。 关键词 老年人 日常生活 信息需求 信息查寻行为 日常生活信息行为 II II Abstract Abstract In the accelerating process of aging population background, happy life of older people directly affects the stability and prosperity of the whole society, that is we should not be overlooked an important group, the elderly in health care, cultural, social welfare, daily consumption and daily life issues will become increasingly prominent, to obtain information on the lives of the elderly adaptation, life satisfaction, self-esteem and other aspects with a very positive meaning. Based on the daily life information behavior research from abroad, to Maslows hierarchy of needs as the starting point, the use of unstructured interviews and questionnaires way, information on the daily life of the elderly empirical investigation of acts done, by exploring the elderly daily problems faced life and to solve these problems occurred information practices, accessing to these information channels and its influencing factors, to understand information about the daily lives of urban elderly behavioral characteristics, the last from the government, information services and libraries perspective to improving urban elderly information services to corresponding recommendations, to making information services and professional information workers more efficient and convenient information services for the elderly, as far as possible to meet the communitys elderly population increasing the life and development needs, to improve the quality of life of older people and satisfaction.
