万方数据 万方数据 “教体结合”模式下河南省乒乓球优秀后备人才培养研究 摘要 普通高校对于乒乓球后备人才的培养过程中，在训练动机、升学就业、训练经 费等方面存在共性；在训练时间与文化课时间、赛事安排、人才质量等方面存 在差异性。（8）借鉴国外学校培养优秀后备人才的方法，并吸取普通中小学关 于“教体结合”模式培养运动员的成功经验，在河南乒乓球后备人才培养中引 入“教体结合”模式是具备可行性的。 基于上述现状，提出相应的对策，旨在解决河南省乒乓球后备人才在培养 过程中出现的问题，指出了“教体结合”模式的优势，为我省乒乓球后备人才 的培养提供新的思路和理论依据，在转变后备人才培养模式的探索中具有一定 的现实意义。建议如下：（1）在推行“教体结合”模式的实践过程中，首先需 要相关部门领导及各单位教练员、教师及时转变传统观念，不能将培养后备人 才的重任完全交给体工队或业余体校，应将普通学校也作为后备人才的培养场 所。（2）在培养河南省乒乓球后备人才时，加强与教育管理部门的合作联系， 制定适合学生运动员的学业标准，从招生开始严把质量关，选拔出符合标准的 学生，学校教练员等也应切实保证运动员的文化课学习时间。（3）在升学就业 方面，就业指导部门应及时公开就业信息，帮助运动员开拓就业渠道，教练员 正确引导运动员的思想、帮助运动员树立良好的观念，运动员自身则需要主动 提升素质，积极寻求出路。（4）在河南省乒乓球赛事设置上，教育与体育相关 部门应予重视，充分认识到组织举办比赛对运动员培养的重要性，注重普通高 校及中小学乒乓球比赛的组织，在提高次数的同时，兼顾文化课时间，将比赛 尽量放在周末或假期。（5）鼓励教练员参加全国或省内教练员培训，增强教练 员专业素质，提高执教能力。（6）在条件允许的情况下，政府和各级各类学校 要尽量保证乒乓球基础设施的建设，增加投入经费，并鼓励各单位重视队伍建 设和教学水平的提高。（7）根据后备人才培养过程中存在的共性与差异性，进 行针对性的提高，相互借鉴，取长补短，最终达到人才质量提升的目的。（8） 依据国外优秀后备人才的培养经验及“教体结合”模式下国内乒乓球优秀后备 人才培养的成功经验，聘请优秀教练员进学校执教，科学合理安排训练时间， 找寻文化学习和竞赛训练之间的平衡点提高成才率。 关键词：教体结合；乒乓球；后备人才培养 II “教体结 “教体结合”模式下河南省乒乓球优秀后备人才培养研究 Abstract Abstract Table tennis has been introduced into China for nearly a hundred years.
