I I 摘 要 驻马店地区对学校艺术教育发展特别重视，由于近年来教育部对素质教育 的要求，再加上高校对艺术生的招生计划人数不断增加,艺术特长生的增加也加 剧了学校的艺术教育工作的责任重大。从 2003 年以后，河南省的音乐高考生人 数直线上升，尤其是声乐特长生的学生更是人数最多。对于声乐特长生来说，学 生感觉声乐专业学习起来比较轻松，学校也没有对学生的音乐基础设定什么门槛 要求，因此导致很多学生学习声乐，声乐特长生的队伍也就庞大起来，在这些声 乐特长生的教育培养的背后，诸多问题也逐渐的显现出来，对于这些培养问题的 出现，我国中小学音乐教育专家也提出了不同的建议，大家各执一词。笔者作为 一名研究中学音乐教育的研究生，长期从事声乐艺术教育工作的工作者，想通过 对驻马店地区高中声乐特长生的培养研究，以期能为高中艺术人才的培养提供一 定的理论依据。为学校特长生的教育改革，提供参考。最后制定声乐特长生的培 养方案，希望对驻马店地区高中的声乐艺术特长生培养教育乃至河南省声乐特长 生的培养教育的发展有一定的实践意义。 本研究以驻马店地区高中声乐特长生作为研究对象，并运用文献资料法、问卷调 查法、实地调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法在此基础上进行深入的课题 研究，全文共分六个章节： 第一章是本文的研究背景、研究的意义、文献综述、研究对象与方法。 第二章通过问卷调查了解目前驻马店地区高中声乐特长生的培养现状。 第三章是声乐艺术特长生培养存在的问题：（1）生源选拨不严谨；（2）教 学设备落后；（3）师资力量薄弱；（4）对特长生有偏见；（5）专业课与文化 课失衡；（6）课堂教学脱离艺术实践；（7）声乐特长生音乐素养能力偏差。 第四章是对声乐艺术特长生培养问题实施策略。（1）科学的选拔生源；（2） 完善教学设备；（3）是提高教师的素质；（4）培养声乐特长生的学习兴趣；（5） 重视文化课与专业课的平衡；（6）重视学生的艺术实践；（7）注重学生的综合 能力与个性发展。 第五章是制定声乐艺术特长生的培养方案：（1）科学选才；（2）制定教学 方案（课程设置、教学方法）；（3）科学选择适用教材；（4）合理安排教学内 容；(5)制定合理的教学评估；（6）制定合理的教学评估；（7）制定有效文化 课辅导；（8）注重学生音乐心理的发展施教。 第六章 结论，对全文进行总结。 关键词: 驻马店地区;高中声乐特长生;培养 II II Abstract Zhumadian region for the school art education development special attention, due to the requirements of the ministry of education to quality education in recent years, coupled with the growing Numbers of art student enrollment plan of colleges and universities, the increase of art especially immortal also contributed to the schools art education work responsibility is significant.
