The pretesting results from factor analysis and item analysis of the psychological resilisence scale show that the factor loading of No.23 and No.25 item less than 0.4 and should be deleted. So the original 30 items of the self-rating scale was modified to be 28 items of scale including six dimensions of self-efficacy, problem solving, collaboration and communication, self-awareness, goals and desire, empathy. The self-rating scale of psychological resilience scale which including 28 items was pretested among 2481 students. The results show that means of each item among 2.61~4.23 and the standard deviations between 1.0~1.24. The correlate coefficient of each item score associated with the total score of the scale ranged 0.323~0.650. The Cronbach’s alpha of the scale was 0.92. The correlate coefficients of factor score with total score were more than 0.55 (P 0.01). The test-retest reliability was 0.89 among 208 students in pre-and post- two weeks. The coefficient of Cronbach alpha was 0.91, the coefficient of Split-half was 0.84, and test-retest reliability was 0.89. All of correlate coefficients of factor scores with total score were more than 0.613, and higher than those between the factor scores. There score of the self-rating scale of psychological resilience was associated significantly with score of CDI. The boys’ score of psychological resilience scale is higher than the girls’, and the score who lived in city is more than who lived in rural area. The score of the twelfth grade students is less than the others grades students. Multinomial logistic regression analysis revealed that the score of psychological resilience scale was significantly related to academic record, depressive symptoms. Conclusion: The self-rating scale of psychological resilience of high school students possesses high validity and reliability
