I I 中小科技型企业社会责任对成长性的影响研究 摘要 从 08 年三鹿奶粉“三聚氰胺”事件，09 年楼房倒塌事故，10 年富士康跳楼事 件，到 11 年的山西老陈醋的勾兑事件及“地沟油事件”等，一系列由于企业引发 的社会事故，使企业社会责任问题成为社会公众讨论的焦点。中小科技型企业不讲 社会责任,污染环境、逃避税收、拖欠工资、忽视安全、坑害顾客等现象大量存在。 随着改革开放的不断深入，市场经济的不断完善与发展，知识经济的浪潮席卷 而来，高新技术产业作为知识经济的支柱产业受到前所未有的重视，而科技型中小 企业市场作为高新技术产业的重要组成部分，也越来越受各界人士的关注。众所周 知履行社会责任会一定程度上增加企业的成本，由于中小企业本身实力的有限，也 面临企业规模扩大的任务，短期的负面效应减少了企业履行社会责任的积极性，因 此在中小企业成长的过程中或多或少会出现社会责任缺失的问题。然而履行社会责 任是否会影响中小企业的成长业绩，是国内学者一直研究的话题，也一直没有统一 定论。本文以中小企业中的高科技型企业为研究对象，来验证社会责任是否会对其 成长性产生影响，如果有影响，是促进还是抑制？ 本文在回顾了前人关于企业社会责任和成长性相关研究成果的基础上，以利益 相关者理论和市场选择理论相结合，探讨社会责任对成长性影响机理，以及企业履 行社会责任的内在动因，并为下面的实证设计做了准备。在实证方面，用对政府、 员工、投资者以及社区责任评价了社会责任，另外本文针对中小高科技企业本身的 特点，从盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力、扩张能力，同时将研发创新能力加入到 成长性评价指标中，进行了相关实证验证，最终的研究结果显示，中小科技型企业 承担对政府、员工以及投资者的责任都能明显的促进企业的成长，而由于中小企业 本身一些原因，对社区的责任没有明显的促进企业成长作用，整体上实证效果达到 预期效果，为对社会责任以及成长性的的研究提供了一定的参考价值。 关键词：中小科技型企业 社会责任 成长性 II II Research on the Impact from the Small and Medium-sized Technology Corporate Social Responsibility to Growth Abstract From SanLu milk powder melamine incident in 2008, the building collapsed accidents in 2009, Foxconn jumping event in 2010 years, to the Shanxi Vinegar blending event and waste oil events in 2011, a series of social issues triggered from the development of enterprises, which make the corporate social responsibility has become the focus of public discussion.
