I I 摘 要 寿庆仪式 作为人类社会生活中的一种特殊的文化事象，是人类文化的重要 组成部分，无论是从人本主义出发，还是从不同地理区域的人类生活方式来加 以考虑，寿庆仪式所关注的是人类文化的生活性、社会性、现实性、多元性。 本论文 通过对 巢湖地区 和县历阳镇张庄自然村 一张姓人家过八十 寿庆 仪式举 办 全过程的“深度描述”，运用文化人类学的一些理论和方法，并试图从主位的 视角出发阐释寿庆仪式中种种民俗符号的文化内涵，比如仪式中的禁忌，仪式 中 寿堂、寿联、寿幛、寿烛、寿桃、寿面、寿酒 各种礼仪用品的地方性解释， 从而揭示出民俗仪式文化的地域性、民族性特点。 人类社会的风俗总是在不断演变，作为源远流长的社会风俗之一的寿庆文 化随着社会巨变、人类进步、历史发展,不仅祝寿的形式与内容发生了巨大变化, 而且规模也今非昔比。“随着社会结构的转化，随着新型人际关系的出现，某种 变化缓慢的发生了，其自身行为、行为标准也随之开始发生转变：一是不再需 要；二是更多的东西退入私密乃至成为禁忌——从外在的行为方式到内在的心 理结构，从理性的自觉意识到情感生活的内涵与结构，从外在约束的禁止到自 我控制”。 社会的变迁使原来所推崇的长期的、稳定的、和谐的人伦、家族至上的传 统观念，随着社会流动的不断加大，互相依赖的链条越来越长，以家族、宗族 为基础的群体之内、群体之外的界限逐渐模糊，特定角色、特定背景的群体关 系出现。从而强化与张扬民俗文化中优秀的传统，并使民俗仪式中精华部分显 示出独特的文化社会功能作用。同时 表述了农村文化习俗逐渐由传统走向现代, 从落后趋于文明的鲜明表征，这种“过寿礼仪”的变迁表明城里打工的青壮年 改变了农村祖辈们传承的习俗,城市现代化的生活方式已被他们认同,乡村城市化 的趋势日益凸显，也就是说，社会中由于社会流动的机会增多，新的见识与思 维使人们渴望重塑新的集体认同。家族成员间在社会生活中的互动基本上都是 在家族观念支配下进行的，人与人之间的关系、家庭与家庭之间的关系、家族 II II 与家族之间的关系是与社会的家族角色联系起来的，都是围绕着中国血缘关系 系统中的“差序等级”，有助于深入了解村落文化中“群己关系”“族群关系” 的特点及村落“农耕文化”与城市“市民文化”的碰撞和融合，发掘其地域文 化的变迁。 【关键词】寿庆仪式 符号 禁忌 文化功能 PAGE PAGE IV Abstract As a particular cultural phenomenon in human social life, the birthday ceremony is an important component part in cultural anthropology, the understanding of the birthday ceremony is also an important study in human culture. In this thesis, the author takes a family named Zhang who holds 80th birthday ceremony in Zhang Village Liyang Town Hexian City Chaohu Rural of Anhui province as an example by describing the process of birthday ceremony , and by studying the folk culture of birthday ceremony ,and by contrasting the difference between old birthday ceremony and today birthday ceremony , by making use of the theory of cultural anthropology, we can analyze particular implication of birthday ceremony in men’s history , explain different taboo or different symbols such as candles、peaches、noodles、wine in birthday ceremony , explain their cultural meanings and their regional or national characteristics in cultural symbols.
