小针刀结合火针对网球肘患者临床症状控制作用 　　[摘要] 目的 对网球肘患者治疗中使用小针刀结合火针对临床症状的控制作用进行研究。 方法 方便选取该院2015年5月―2017年5月期间收治的120例网球肘患者随机分为对照组与研究组。对照组60例，患例68例使用常规封闭治疗方式，研究组60例，患例69例使用小针刀结合火针治疗方式。对比治疗前后不同组别肘关节功能评分、临床效果。 结果 治疗前，研究组与对照组患者肘关节功能评分分别为（26.3±6.9）分、（26.4±6.6）分，差异无统计学意义（t=0.087，P=0.931），治疗后分数均有所降低（P0.05），研究组为（12.9±3.8）分，显著低于对照组的（19.4±4.1）分，差异有统计学意义（t=9.626，P=0.000）；研究组临床治疗总有效率为95.65%，显著高于对照组的85.29%（χ2=4.278，P=0.039）。 结论 网球肘患者治疗中使用小针刀结合火针可增强肘关节功能，提升治疗效果。 　　[关键词] 小针刀；火针；网球肘 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）03（b）-0158-03 　　Effect of Small Needle Knife and Fire-Needle in Controlling the Clinical Symptoms of Patients with Tennis Elbow 　　QUE Yong-bo， ZHENG Chao-hong 　　Department of Acupuncture and Massage Rehabilitation， Yongding District Hospital of TCM， Longyan， Fujian Province， 364100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of small needle knife and fire-needle in controlling the clinical symptoms of patients with tennis elbow.
