应用不同材料支架义齿修复下牙列缺损临床效果对比 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨比较应用不同材料支架义齿修复下牙列缺损的临床效果。方法 以2008―2014年在该院进行可摘局部义齿术的1 200例下牙列缺损患者为研究对象，义齿共1 452个。按照患者选择的支架义齿材料的不同，将患者分为纯钛组、钴铬合金组和Vitallium2000组。修复前，检查和记录患者的口腔情况，修复后，比较3组患者义齿就位率、2W调整率、义齿性口炎发生率、咀嚼效率、不良症状发生情况以及患者对义齿各个方面的满意度。结果 与纯钛组与钴铬合金组相比，Vitallium2 000组患者义齿就位率和咀嚼效率较高，2W调整率和义齿性口炎发生率较低，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；较少发生咀嚼功能不佳、发音不良等不良症状，阳性率较低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；在美观度、舒适度等方面满意度更高（P0.05）。结论 与纯钛支架和钴铬合金支架相比，Vitatlium2000支架义齿更为轻巧稳固，美观度和舒适度更高，患者咀嚼功能良好，患者的2W调整率以及义齿性口炎率降低，患者满意度提高。 　　[关键词] 材料；支架义齿；下牙列缺损 　　[中图分类号] R59 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）08（c）-0005-03 　　Comparison of the Clinical Effects of Framework Denture Made of Different Materials for the Repair of Lower Dentition Defect 　　LIU Hai-rong， SHEN Xiao-jing， ZHAO Peng 　　Department of Stomatology， Qingdao Municipal Hospital， Qingdao， Shandong Province， 266011 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss and compare the clinical effects of frame denture made of different materials for the repair of lower dentition defect.
