应用切开复位锁定板内固定术和半肩关节置换术治疗老年肱骨近端骨折临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 观察应用切开复位锁定板内固定术和半肩关节置换术治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。 方法 选取青海省人民医院2015年1月～2016年6月收治的62例老年肱骨近端骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中35例行切开复位锁定板内固定术治疗（观察组），27例行半肩关节置换术治疗（对照组）。比较两组患者手术治疗时间、出血量、Constant-Murley评分及术后并发症情况。 结果 两组手术时间、出血量、Constant-Murley评分及术后并发症比较，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 对于老年肱骨近端骨折患者而言，切开复位锁定板内固定术和半肩关节置换术在临床应用过程中均可取得较为满意的治疗效果，且术后并发症情况无太大差异，应用安全性较高，故此两种术式均值得临床应用。 　　[关键词] 肱骨近端骨折；老年人；切开复位锁定板内固定术；半肩关节置换术；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R683 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）10（c）-0078-04 　　Clinical effect of open reduction and locking plate internal fixation and half shoulder joint replacement in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients 　　Suonan′angxiu TANG Weidong WANG Jun GUO Qiang XU Weisong DOU Tai 　　The Fourth Ward， Department of Orthopedics， Qinghai Provincial People′s Hospital， Qinghai Province， Xining 810007， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of open reduction and locking plate internal fixation and half shoulder joint replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures. Methods The clinical data of 62 elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures treated in Qinghai Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed， 35 cases （observation group） were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with locking plate fixation， and 27 cases （control group） were treated with half shoulder joint replacement.
