PAGE PAGE 1 台中縣新移民女性學習經驗之研究 －以其學習動機與學習態度探討之 吳芳茜 李麗日 摘 要 本研究旨在探討台中縣新移民女性之學習動機與學習態度，研究對象為台中縣山線社區大學新移民識字學習班之成員。研究採質性研究中的深度訪談及參與觀察法，透過聆聽、對談與互動，深入探索新移民女性之學習經驗，並進行詮釋分析。本研究目的在探討： 一、希望從與台中縣新移民女性實際接觸、長期互動的過程中，了解其受何對象、場域或事件影響而引發學習動機。 二、擬透過深度訪談、參與觀察等方式，探討台中縣新移民女性在認知、行為與情意上之學習態度。 三、盼經由台中縣新移民學習動機與態度之探索與闡述，提供未來中區官方及社教機構辦理課程之參考。 本研究發現的結論如下： 一、引發台中縣新移民女性學習動機的因素有：成就感會增強動機、學習可助其拓展人際網絡、企圖改變現況以及對課程與教師的認同。 二、台中縣新移民女性的學習態度，可從她們對學習的認知、外顯的學習行為傾向以及對學習抱持的情感三方面綜合表述。 最後，研究者依據研究發現與結論提出研究建議，以供各界參考。 關鍵字：新移民女性、學習經驗、學習動機、學習態度 A study on the learning experience of new female immigrants in Taichung County－ in aspects of motive and attitude Wu, Fang-Chien Lee, Li-Jih Abstract This study tries to discuss the learning experience of female new immigrants in Taichung County, subjects are the female new immigrant students of Taichung Community College’s Chinese Learning course. The study uses individual interviews and participating observation method of qualitative research, obtaining a deeper understanding of the learning experiences of female new immigrants (the target group) through listening, conversations and interaction, and further analy The purpose of this study is to: A. Hoping to understand what kind of person, situation or issue causes the motivation of learning through the interaction and long term relation with the target group. B. Examine the learning attitude of the target group on cognition, behaviour and emotion through individual interviews and participation and observation. C. Through the examination and discussion of the female new immigrants’ learning experience in Taichung County, to provide future references for the Taichung’s private and public organisers of different courses. The conclusions of this study is as follows: The motivation factors of the female new immigrants of Taichung county were: enhancement of sense of completion, help broadening their personal network, in attempt to change the current status and the identification with the course and teacher.
