左乙拉西坦对癫痫患儿骨代谢影响临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：分析左乙拉西坦对癫痫患儿骨代谢影响，旨在为相关学者的研究工作提供参考资料。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年12月本院收治的首发初诊原发性癫痫患儿30例为观察组，另取同期来本院接受健康体检的儿童30例为对照组。观察组给予左乙拉西坦口服，治疗1年以上。比较观察组患儿治疗前后的各项骨代谢指标情况；比较两组骨代谢指标情况。结果：观察组患儿治疗前、治疗6、12个月的各项骨代谢指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗前、治疗6、12个月，两组各项骨代谢指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：使用左乙拉西坦对癫痫患儿进行治疗，其骨代谢指标并未见显著不良影响，与同年龄段健康者无明显差别，安全性较强，值得进一步在临床中推广使用。 　　【关键词】 左乙拉西坦； 癫痫； 骨代谢； 儿童患者 　　Clinical Study of the Effect of Levetiracetam on Bone Metabolism in Children with Epilepsy/LIU Nan，ZHU Jianping，ZHANG Sheng，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（01）：030-033 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of Levetiracetam on bone metabolism in children with epilepsy，and to provide reference for the research work of the related scholars.Method：A total of 30 children with first diagnosed primary epilepsy in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as observation group，the other 30 children who received physical examination in the same period were selected as control group.The observation group was given oral Levetiracetam for more than 1 year.The indexes of bone metabolism in the observation group before and after treatment were compared，and the bone metabolism indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Result：The indexes of bone metabolism in the observation group before and after treatment 6 and 12 months were compared，the differences were not statistically significant（P0.05）.Before and after treatment 6 and 12 months，the indexes of bone metabolism between two groups were compared，the differences were not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Levetiracetam in the treatment of epileptic children，there was no significant adverse effect on bone metabolism index，which was not significantly different from that of healthy people at the same age.It is safe and worthy of further promotion in clinical practice. 　　【Key words】 Levetiracetam； Epilepsy； Bone metabolism； Children’s patients 　　First-author’s address：Boai Hospital
