左旋甲状腺素片个体化治疗在预防多结节性甲状腺肿手术后复发中作用 　　【摘要】 目的 研究左旋甲状腺素片个体化治疗在预防多结节性甲状腺肿手术后复发中的作用。方法 180例多结节性甲状腺肿患者， 随机分为对照组和实验组， 各90例。对照组不服用药物， 实验组给予口服左旋甲状腺素片个体化治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果 对照组出现甲状腺结节复发21例， 复发率为23.33%， 实验组出现甲状腺结节复发4例， 复发率为4.44%， 两组复发率比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组患者口服左旋甲状腺素片个体化治疗时间1年复发率为16.67%， 服药时间1～2年 　　复发率为12.00%， 服药时间2～3年复发率为4.26%。结论 多结节性甲状腺肿术后患者进行左旋甲状腺素片个体化治疗， 能够降低结节性甲状腺肿的复发， 值得临床应用。 　　【关键词】 左旋甲状腺素片；多结节性甲状腺肿；个体化治疗；术后复发 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.34.052 　　Role of individualized treatment with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the prevention of postoperative recurrence of multiple nodular goiter LIU Feng， YAO Xiao-jun， YUAN Min. Methods A total of 180 multiple nodular goiter patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group， with 90 cases in each group. The control group received no drug， and the experimental group received individualized treatment with oral levothyroxine sodium tablets. The clinical effect in two groups was compared.
