心理护理对肝癌患者手术前后心理状态和术后生活质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨心理护理对肝癌围手术期心理和术后生活质量的影响。 方法 回顾性分析2011年11月～2014年11月我科病房肝癌患者对照组34例和干预组36例，对照组给予普外科围手术期常规护理，干预组在对照组基础上给予心理护理，比较两组手术前后心理状态和术后生活质量。 结果 术后第7天SAS和SDS评分比较，干预组分别为（38.43±14.13）分、（39.84±12.45）分，两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P0.01）；术后第7天活动、睡眠、心理承受能力、自身对疾病的认识和自理能力比较，干预组分别为（2.81±0.53）分、（3.22±0.45）分、（3.63±0.74）分、（3.17±0.93）分、（3.18±0.29）分，与对照组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P0.01）。 结论 心理护理干预能有效改善肝癌围手术期心理状态，提高术后生活质量。 　　[关键词] 心理护理；肝癌；心理状态；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.6；R471 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）07-0150-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on psychology in peri operation and life quality after operation in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Thirty-four patients in the control group and thirty-six patients in the intervention group with hepatocellular carcinoma were retrospectivly analyzed，which hospitalized in our department from November 2011 to November 2014， the control group adopted routine postoperative nursing of general surgery，and the intervention group adopted psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. Psychological state before and after operation and quality of life after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The score of SAS and SDS on the seventh day after operation in the intervention group were（38.43±14.13）points and（39.84±12.45）points，there were significant differences between the control group and the intervention group（P0.01）. The activity， sleep， psychological endurance， awareness of self-disease and self-care ability on the seventh day after operation were compared between the two groups， which in the intervention group were（2.81±0.53）points，（3.22±0.45）points，（3.63±0.74）points，（3.17±0.93）points，（3.18±0.29）points respectively， there were significantly differences between the control group and the intervention group（P0.01）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve psychological state in peri operation and it can improve life quality after operation in hepatocellular carcinoma. 　　[Key wo
