思想政治教育在高校大学生创新能力培养中建设性对策 　　摘 要 思想政治教育担负着为社会主义现代化建设培养人才的重担，具有重要的育才功能，直接关系着整个社会主义高等教育事业的发展和进步;大学生创新能力的培养一直是困扰各大高校多年的问题，目前各大高校在大学生创新能力培养方面都或多或少地存在缺陷和短板，很多高校更是固守以往的传统经验，本着“过得去”的想法，在培养大学生创新能力的项目上缺少配套的人力财力投入，因此导致了其在大学生创新能力培养方面陷入停滞不前的尴尬局面。本文通过分析思想政治教育在大学生创新能力培养中的建设性对策，力图重新确立思想政治教育在高等教育中的思想基础核心地位，并希望能够从中探索出一条高校大学生创新能力培养的新路。 　　关键词 思想政治教育 大学生 创新能力 　　中图分类号：G41 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2015.11.033 　　Constructive Countermeasures of Ideological and Political 　　Education in College Students Innovative Ability Training 　　DENG Peilin 　　（College of Political， Chengdu University of Technology， Chengdu， Sichuan 610059） 　　Abstract Ideological and political education bears the burden of training personnel for the socialist modernization drive， education has important functions directly related to the entire socialist development and progress of higher education; Students creative ability has been troubled by the problem of major colleges and universities for many years， currently the major colleges and universities are more or less flawed and short board in the innovative ability students， many colleges and universities is to stick to the traditional past experience， the spirit of decent idea， foster innovation on the projects lack of supporting college students the human and financial investment， thus leading to its fall into the embarrassing situation of stagnation in training innovative students.
