循证护理干预用于乳腺癌根治术后对患者生活质量影响研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究乳腺癌根治术后实施循证护理干预对其术后生活质量的影响。方法 整群选取88例经诊断确定为乳腺癌患者，随机分为两组。44例患者给予普通常规护理，为对照组。另44例给予循证护理干预，为实验组。经护理，对比两组护理效果、并发症发生几率及患者护理满意度。结果 经护理一段时间后，实验组患者满意度为98.3%，明显高于对照组患者满意度77.1%；实验组患者并发症发生率为20.46%，明显低于对照组40.90%；实验组物质生活、机体健康等评分高于对照组，抑郁指数评分低于对照组。差异有统计学意义，P0.05。结论 对乳腺癌根治术后患者实施循证护理干预模式，可有效降低并发症的发生几率，有效提高患者物质生活、机体健康程度，降低患者内心抑郁指数，护理效果明显。患者满意程度高，值得临床广泛推广。 　　[关键词] 乳腺癌根治术；循证护理；护理效果 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（c）-0154-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients after radical mastectomy. Methods 88 cases diagnosed with breast cancer confirmedly were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 44 cases in the control group were given the general conventional nursing， and other 44 cases in the experimental group were given the evidence-based nursing intervention. After nursing， the nursing effect， incidence of complications and level of patient satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After a period of care， the level of patient satisfaction with nursing was much higher in the experimental group than that in the control group（98.3% vs 77.1%）， the incidence of complications was obviously lower in the experimental group than that in the control group（20.46% vs 40.90%）， the material life and body health scores were higher while the SDS scores were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group， all with statistical significant difference， P0.05. Conclusion For patients after radical mastectomy， evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications， improve the level of material life and body health， decrease the degree of depression with significant nursing efficacy and high level of patient satisfaction with nursing， so it is worthy of wide clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Radical mastectomy； Evidence-based nursing； Nursing effect 　　作为妇科常见疾病，乳腺癌长期困扰着广大病患的身心及生命健
