汕头大学医学院硕士学位论文汕头大学医学院硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 10 or Tiapride damage their cognitive function, we detected intelligence , event-related potentials(ERPs) P300, N400, serum level of DA of tic disorders patients and compared with healthy children. At the same time, we studied the correlation between cognitive function and serum level of DA. Objective : To study the cognitive function by examming IQ，ERPs P300， N400 and study the change of serum level of DA of children with Tic Disorders, compare them with healthy children and between each subtype; analyse the correlation between cognitive function and DA concentration; discuss whether neuroleptics such as haloperidol or tiapride affects their cognitive function. Methods: The intelligence of 42 children with Tic Disorders (case group) and 30 healthy children (control group) was tested by means of Chinese —Wechsler intelligence scale for children (C-WISC). P300 and N400 of them were taken by ERPs stimulus system and MEB 9104K evoked potentials system, and the serum level of DA were detected by ways of ELISA. The results of case group and control group were compared with each other; results of each subtype, results of neuroleptic group and neuroleptic-na?ve group were compared with each other,too. The correlation between cognitive function and serum level of DA was analysed. Results: The scores of full intelligence quotient (FIQ), verbal IQ (VIQ), performance IQ (PIQ) and serum level of DA in case group were lower than those in control group. The differences were significant. There were no significant differences of FIQ, VIQ, PIQ , P300 and N400 latency and amplitude, serum level of DA between subtypes of case group. All the results of detection in neuroleptic group showed no significant differences as compared with those in neuroleptic-na?ve group.There was no correlation between cognitive function and serum level of DA.
