成分输血在自身免疫性溶血性贫血中临床疗效比较及护理方法探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 进一步研究有效治疗自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者的可靠方法和护理措施方案。 方法 本次研究以我院临床收治的自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者为研究对象，入选本次研究的对象均为2012年6月～2014年6月期间入我院治疗的患者。全部入选对象共计62例。随机分成甲组和乙组。观察两组实施不同治疗和护理措施后的Hb、RBC、网织红细胞和胆红素以及临床护理整体满意度情况。 结果 实施输血后，两组患者的各项指标较输血前均得到了显著改善，本组治疗前后各项数据比较，统计验证结果显示，比较数据差异均具有显著的统计学意义（P均0.05）；实施输血后，比较两组各项指标，甲组患者的Hb、网织红细胞和胆红素水平均显著高于乙组，组间数据比较差异具有显著地统计学意义（P均0.05）；比较两组患者的临床护理总满意度，甲组显著低于乙组，且差异具有显著统计学意义（x2=5.4153，P=0.0200）。 结论 成分输血和针对性的护理措施是临床治疗自身免疫性溶血性贫血的临床可靠选择之一。 　　[关键词] 成分输血；自身免疫性溶血性贫血；临床疗效；护理方法 　　[中图分类号] R556.6；R473 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）11-110-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To further study the solution is reliable method and nursing measures is effective in the treatment of patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Methods This study were patients treated in our hospital with autoimmune hemolytic anemia as the research object， the object selected in this study were for the period 2012 June to 2014 June in our hospital treated patients. All selected objects in 62 cases were randomly divided into group A and group B. Observation of the two groups to carry out different treatment and nursing measures of Hb， RBC and reticulocytes and bilirubin and overall satisfaction of clinical nursing.
