心理护理对老年急性牙髓炎患者生活质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨心理护理对老年急性牙髓炎患者生活质量的影响，评价其干预效果。方法：选择2011年6月-2013年12月笔者所在医院收治的162例急性牙髓炎老年患者作为观察对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组（n=81）和对照组（n=81）。两组患者均实施围术期常规护理，在此基础上给予观察组患者心理护理干预，比较两组患者生活质量改善情况。结果：与对照组比较，观察组咀嚼功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活方面均有显著提升（P0.05）；观察组患者牙部疼痛缓解、牙部疲劳症状降低显著（P0.05）；观察组总满意率为91.4%，明显高于对照组患的69.1%（P0.05）。结论：在常规治疗基础上实施心理护理干预，可进一步提升老年患者生活质量，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 心理护理干预； 急性牙髓炎； 咀嚼功能 　　中图分类号 R473.78 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）4-0069-02 　　Effect of Psychological Nursing for Pouring the Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Acute Pulpitis/Gulinuer Heat Shaq，ZHANG Li.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（4）：69-70 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of psychological nursing on life quality of elderly patients with acute pulpitis，evaluate the effect of intervention.Method：In our hospital From June 2011 to December 2013，162 cases of acute pulpitis in elderly patients as the observation object，and they were randomly divided into the observation group（n=81） and the control group（n=81）.Two groups of patients were implemented perioperative routine care，the observation group patients were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of this，compared the quality of life of two groups.Result：Compared with the control group，the masticatory function，psychological function，social function and material life of the observation group improved significantly（P0.05）.The tooth part pain relief and tooth part fatigue symptoms of the observation group decreased significantly（P0.05）.The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 91.4%，was significantly higher than 69.1% of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing intervention based on routine treatment，can further improve the quality of life of elderly patients，is worth of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Psychological nursing intervention； Acute pulpitis； Masticatory function 　　First-author’s address：Urumqi Stomatology Hospital，Urumqi 830002，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.
