心理护理结合团体心理治疗对抑郁患者疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 综合评价心理护理结合团体心理治疗对抑郁患者的疗效。 方法 随机选取该科2016年5～10月收治的抑郁患者60例为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组采取团体心理治疗，研究组采取团体心理治疗结合心理护理，治疗5周后比较两组治疗前后抑郁状态、社会适应功能及服药依从性情况。 结果 研究组治疗后HAMD评分为（13.4±2.4）及SDS评分为（51.32±5.03）低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组治疗后日常生活评定量表（ADL）评分为（73.92±9.73）分，高于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组患者服药依从率（96.7%）高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 团体治疗结合心理护理能更好改善患者抑郁状态，增强抑郁患者社会适应能力及提高其服药依从性。 　　[关键词] 团体心理治疗；心理；护理；抑郁 　　[中图分类号] R473.74 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）09-91-03 　　Therapeutic effect of group psychotherapy combined with mental nursing to depression patients 　　LU Yuezhi1 LIANG Yanhong2 ZHI Qiuchan1 XU Li1 　　1. Methods 60 cases from May 2016 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as study objects， and they were randomly divided into study group and control group， with 30 cases in each group. The patients in control group were got mental nursing only， while patients in study group were got group psychotherapy combined with mental nursing. After treating for 5 weeks， the depression situation， social adaptive ability and medication compliance of the two groups were observed.
