精神分裂症住院患者社会支持、自尊现状及相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探?精神分裂症住院患者社会支持、自尊现状及相关性研究。 方法 选择2012年l2月～2015年6月在无锡市精神卫生中心精神科住院并符合ICD-10诊断标准的85例精神分裂症患者作为观察组，86例健康志愿者作为对照组，采用社会支持量表及自尊量表对两组的社会支持和自尊进行测定，同时采用阳性和阴性症状量表对精神分裂症住院患者进行精神状况评估，采用Pearson相关分析对其相关因素进行分析。 结果 观察组社会支持得分（53.65±17.24）显著低于对照组（62.15±12.10），差异有高度统计学意义（t = 3.737，P 0.05）。观察组自尊与阳性症状量表、一般病理量表呈正相关（r = 0.266，P 0.05）。 结论 与正常人群相比，精神分裂症住院患者社会支持及自尊均偏低。精神分裂症住院患者社会支持与阴性症状量表具有相关性，其自尊与阳性症状量表、一般病理量表具有相关性。 　　[关键词] 精神分裂症；社会支持；自尊；精神状况 　　[中图分类号] R749.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）12（c）-0149-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the social support， self-esteem status and the correlation in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia. Methods From December 2012 to June 2015， 85 cases of hospitalized patients in Department of Psychiatric， Wuxi Mental Health Center who met with the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia according to ICD-10 were enrolled as observation group and 86 healthy volunteers were enrolled as the control group. The social support scale and self-esteem scale were used to measure the social support and the self-esteem of the two groups. The positive and negative symptom scale was used to assess the mental status of schizophrenic patients. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the related factors of the social support and the self-esteem. Results The score of social support in the observation group （53.65±17.24） was significantly lower than that of control group （62.15±12.10）， with highly statistically significant difference （t = 3.737，P 0.05）. In the observation group， self-esteem was positively correlated with the positive symptom scale， general pathological scale （r = 0.266，P 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the normal population， the social support and self-esteem of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia are low. Social support for schizophrenia patients is correlated with the negative symptom scale， and its self-esteem is correlated with positive symptom scale and general pathological scale. 　　[Key words] Sc
