糖尿病合并肿瘤的综合护理方式分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究并分析对糖尿病合并肿瘤患者使用综合护理的效果。方法 收集该院于2015年6月―2017年6月收治的糖尿病合并妇科肿瘤患者共92例，通过区组随机化分为对照组（46例）和观察组（46例），对照组接受常规护理，观察组联合综合护理，将两组并发症发生率、拆线时间以及住院时间进行观察和对比。 结果 相较于对照组，观察组的并发症发生率更低；在拆线时间及住院时间方面，观察组均显著短于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 在糖尿病合并妇科肿瘤患者的护理过程中，综合护理能够显著降低并发症的发生风险，缩短患者的拆线时间及住院时间，促进其更快康复，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病；肿瘤；综合护理；护理效果 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）08（b）-0019-02 　　Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Method of Diabetes Combined with Tumor 　　ZHOU Qiao-feng 　　Department of Oncology， Second Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University， Chongqing， 400010 China 　　[Abstract] ObjectiveTo research and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing method of diabetes combined with tumor. Methods 92 cases of patients with diabetes and tumors in the department of gynecology from June 2015 to June 2017 were collected and divided into two groups with 46 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing， while the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine nursing， and the incidence rate of complications， suture removal time and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， and the suture removal time and length of stay in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing in patients with diabetes and tumors in the department of gynecology can obviously reduce the occurrence risks of complications， shorten the suture removal time and length of stay of patients and promote the faster recovery， and it is worth promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Diabetes； Tumor； Comprehensive nursing； Nursing effect 　　近?啄曷殉仓琢觥⒆庸?内膜癌、子宫肌瘤等妇科肿瘤的发病率也逐渐增高，研究发现，在妇科肿瘤患者当中，有相当比例的患者同时还合并患有糖尿病[1]。而糖尿病的存在会使妇科肿瘤患者的病情更加特殊，不但会提升围术期并发症的发生风险，而且还可能增加放化疗期间的感染几率，影响患者预后[2]。在该次研究中，选取2015年6月―2017年6月收治的92例患者为研究对象，对糖尿病合并妇科肿瘤患者采用了综合护理，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法
