恶性肿瘤医保患者住院费用影响因素与对策分析 　　方向:医疗保险、卫生管理;E-mail : liusz 1188@ 126.com 通讯作者:周绿林.E-mail: z1162@126.como【摘要】目的 恶性肿瘤患者经济负担较重，通过分析和研究恶性肿瘤医保患者住院医疗费用的增长情况和影响因素，探讨建立合理、有效的费用控制机制，进一步深入与完善医疗保险工作和制度建设。方法 分析近三年某三甲肿瘤专科医院出院人次和床日费用增长情况，运用SPSS18.0统计软件分析恶性肿瘤医保患者药品、检查、治疗、床位、其他费用等进行描述性分析，以住院费用因变量Y,治疗费、检查费、药品费、床位费、其他费用为自变量,构建多元线性回归模型,以P值和标准化回归系数为依据,分析各种费用对住院费用的影响。结果 恶性肿瘤住院患者床日费用均在千元以上，住院医疗费用逐年递增，医疗费用中治疗费、检查费、药品费、床位费、其他费用均对医疗费用有正向影响，其中药品费用影响最大，是影响医疗保险费用的主要因素。结论 通过分析某三甲肿瘤专科医院近三年恶性肿瘤医保患者住院费用增长情况和影晌因素.完善医疗保险支付制度、控制医疗费用不合理增长，维护患者利益，促进医院、医疗保险事业的健康发展。 　　【关键词】医疗保险;恶性肿瘤；费用控制;影响因素;医保制度 　　【Abstract】Objectivethe economic burden of patients with m alignant tumor is heavy, the factors of hospitalization expenses of patients with m alignant tumor analysis and Research on the health growth and influence, to establish a rational, effective cost control mechanisms, further deepening and improvement of the work of medical insurance and the system construction.Method analysis of the past three years of a tumor hospital discharge passengers and bed day cost growth situation, analysis of m alignant tumors in Medicare patients drug, examination, treatment, beds, other expenses such as descriptive analysis using the SPSS18.0 statistics software, the hospitalization expenses for the variable Y, treatment fee, examination fee, drug costs, expenses, other expenses as variables, to construct multiple linear regression model, the P value and the standardized regression coefficient as the basis, analysis of the impact to fvarious expenses of hospitalization expenses.Resultsthe patients with m alignant tumor in bed day cost is in 1000 yuan of above, hospitalization expenses increased year by year, all medical expenses in the treatment of fees, inspection fees, drug costs, expenses, other expenses have positive effects on medical expenses, the drug cost impact is the biggest, is the main factor affecting the medical insurance cost. 　　Conclusion: through the analysis of the past three years m alignant tumor inpatient
