手法复位石膏托外固定联合康复锻炼治疗老年桡骨远端骨折患者临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨手法复位石膏托外固定与康复锻炼联合应用于老年桡骨远端骨折患者治疗中的效果。方法 方便选择2015年7月―2016年7月期间在该院进行治疗的80例桡骨远端骨折老年患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组40例。观察组采用手法复位石膏托外固定与康复锻炼联合治疗，对照组则单独实施手法复位石膏托外固定治疗，对比两组患者相关指标。结果 经过治疗之后，观察组患者骨折复位优良率明显高于对照组，骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组，愈合时的掌倾角和尺偏角明显小于对照组，且并发症发生率明显低于对照组，两组间各项数据对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 手法复位石膏托外固定与康复锻炼联合应用于老年桡骨远端骨折患者治疗中的效果较为显著，可推广进行使用。 　　[关键词] 手法复位石膏托外固定；老年桡骨远端骨折；康复锻炼 　　[中图分类号] R687 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）01（c）-0055-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of combination of technique and rehabilitation exercise on the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods Convenient selection 80 patients with distal radial fractures treated in the hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 40 cases in each group. In the observation group， the combined treatment of external fixation and rehabilitation exercise was performed using the method of manipulation， while the control group was treated separately in the treatment of the external fixation of the gypsum， the related indicators of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment， the observation group was significantly higher than control group in patients with fracture， fracture healing time was shorter than the control group obviously， the palm and the feet inclination angle was less than the control group obviously， and complication rates were significantly lower than the control group， the data contrast had significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.
