慢性盆腔炎护理中心理干预价值观察 　　[摘要]目的 研究分析慢性盆腔炎护理中心理干预的临床效果。方法 选取2015年5月～2016年6月在我院妇产科接收的84例慢性盆腔炎患者，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组对患者进行病房定期消毒、生命体征观察等常规护理服务，观察组则在此基础上实施新入院时、住院期间的护理干预措施，比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者护理后的SDS与SAS评分均显著低于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者的SDS与SAS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对慢性盆腔炎患者实施心理护理干预的临床效果更加显著，可提高患者的治疗有效率，值得在临床上推广。 　　[关键词]慢性盆腔炎；心理干预；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）1（c）-0174-04 　　The value observation of psychological intervention in the nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease 　　YU Ping HU Bi-hua 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Jingdezhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Jingdezhen City，Jiangxi Province，Jingdezhen 333000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of psychological intervention in the nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods From May 2015 to June 2016，84 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease received by the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were selected，and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group，with 42 patients in each group.Control group of patients were given ward regularly disinfected and observing vital signs such as routine nursing care，observation group was given the new hospital，hospital nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control groip，the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Treatment efficiency of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.After nursing，SDS and SAS scores of patient of two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）；SDS and SAS scores of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05），the nursing satisfaction of the obse
