万方数据 万方数据 摘要 对于所有的城市来说，近似或者相同的文脉关系都是不可或缺的。无论在漫 长的岁月中，城市形态发生了怎样的变化，都不可避免要对城市文脉关系加以顺 应。但是，文脉并非一成不变，而是会按照其内在发展规律，不断自我更新及发 展，以城市文脉的发展为主线，城市形态展示出稳定而丰富的双螺旋状空间结构 的发展模式。 目前，城市重建项目如火如荼，新一轮城市建设热潮中有很多历史文物被纳 入拆迁计划，祖先的遗产正面临着“生存危机”，也使城市失去了地理，文化， 传统，多样性的特点，造成城市文化遗产的损失。本文客观地分析研究了西方与 中国城市更新的历史发展过程中对城市文脉延续的考量，比较归纳其成败得失， 以唐山为例，用崭新的视角剖析城市更新中文脉延续的要素，探究并制定行之有 效的措施，以解决城市更新过程当中涌现的文脉割裂问题，更深层次地对现代城 市化发展的趋势、历程、内在规律等加以了解把握，并在实践中对城市更新改造 加以指导。 本文首先对城市文脉体系相关概念与理论进行梳理阐述，对文脉与城市文脉 进行界定，研究城市文脉的影响因素，对研究城市文脉的方法加以探讨，对构成 城市文脉的要素加以分析，从而对城市文脉的意义、价值加以明确。 其次，分析国内外城市文脉体系更新改造的经验。分析我国文脉体系被破坏 的现状，对国内城市文脉体系开发的经验以及欧美城市和日本文脉保护案例进行 分析，总结其中的经验，为唐山市城市更新改造提供参考。 第三，探讨唐山城市规划中如何与城市文脉结合，解析城市文脉在城市更新 改造中的可持续发展战略，提升城市文脉对城市规划的战略价值，促进城市新旧 文脉合体。 关键词：城市文脉体系；城市更新改造；城市开发；可持续发展 III ABSTRACT Every city has the same or similar urban context relationship, no matter how urban form in the history of changes, is bound to be followed urban context relationship, and context is not fixed rigid, is on the basis of its inner development regularity of continuous development and self-renewal, the development of the urban form according to the development of the urban context, showing a double helix shape space structure, abundant and stable.
