I I PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 随着信息时代的来临，学校教育已经无法满足现今学生的学习需求。2014 年 4 月，教育部成立了教育部在线教育研究中心。当年 11 月教育部印发了《构 建利用信息化手段扩大优质教育资源覆盖面有效机制的实施方案》。针对未来国 家在线教育存在的种种问题进行深入的研究。其中就我国教育信息化的建设提供 了较全面的建设方案，将我国的建设从分散向整体方面进行规划，促进了我国教 育改革。而 K-12 教育作为整个教育工程的“地基”其重要性不容忽视。K-12 在 线教育目前发展到了何种程度，存在哪些问题，未来可能有哪种发展趋势，这些 问题非常值得研究和探讨，本文着眼于此试图为这些问题寻找答案。 本文采用文献研究法、描述研究法、信息研究方法等方法，主要进行了以下 几个方面的工作：国内外在线教育发展现状分析。通过查阅国内外各种文献、网 络资料、相关网站等，对国内外的在线教育发展过程、建设现状、发展着重点、 产业规模等进行了总结和描述。并着重对在线教育中的 K12 领域进行了详细的分 析。通过对数据的信息研究，从国内中小学在线教育的相关统计数据中显示出的 问题进行总结和分析。最后预测了在线教育的发展趋势，以期为我国中小学在线 教育的良性发展献计献策。 关键词：在线教育；K12；中小学；现状；趋势 硕士 硕士学位论文 中小 中小学在线教育现状及趋势研究 Abstract With the advent of the information age, school education has been unable to meet the learning needs of students.
