华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract The logistics industry as the accelerator of economic growth, has increasingly become an important index to measure comprehensive competitiveness of a country or an area economy. At the same time, in the new situation of economic globalization, on the basis of domestic market and the localization industry, Chinese logistics need to improve their international competitiveness continuously. This paper is mainly based on empirical analysis, supplemented by theoretical proof. First of all, the paper summarizes the fundamental theory of international competitiveness, establish regional international competitiveness evaluation index system. Then, according to the evaluation index system theory, combined with Chinas national conditions, to analyze the 31 area, the comprehensive evaluation index. Secondly, by the same way, comprehensive evaluation of three areas west and East China general index. Finally, put forward the policy suggestions on the future development of the logistics industry according to the results of empirical research. Empirical study found that Chinas regional international competitiveness of the top five are: GuangDong, JiangSu and ShanDong, ShangHai, BeiJing.China regional international competitiveness ranking is: East , Central, West . Empirical study results and Chinas national conditions are consistent, in order to further improve the international competitiveness of Chinas logistics industry, our country needs from the governments policy guidance, logistics resource integration, information management, logistics standardization system construction and logistics personnel training and so on.
