Therefore, based on the topic of the project for national natural science foundation of China , the problem about moment magnifying coefficients at column ends(MMCCE) of multi-layer prestressed concrete frame structure which designed by the current code for seismic design of prestressed concrete structures (JGJ140-2004) is studied to evaluate the rationality of the PC structure ductile design principles and provide reference basis for the revision of the codes and regulations. This article first expounds the research status and development situation of the seismic problems in prestressed concrete structure at home and abroad, summarizes the analysis research method and technical route. Two 8 degrees (0.2 g) seismic grade for secondary two across three layers of prestressed concrete frame structure are designed by the current code for seismic design of prestressed concrete structures (JGJ140-2004), on this basis, four frameworks include of in turn increased MMCCE for side column and middle column are designed, All of these six PC frame are calculated and gotten the actual reinforcement information. Then, six elasto-plastic analysis models which based on local fiber hinge beam element were established in SAP2000 and PERFORM-3D respectively, the static elasto-plastic analysis (Pushover) are proceeded. Analysis results show that, PC frame which designed by the current aseismic codes can basically meet seismic requirements under 8 degrees area severe earthquake, but the hinge of first floor columns in structure were very serious, the beam-column hinge hybrid yield mechanism is formed in which column hinge occupied the priority, adverse
