I I 摘 要 嘉兴经济正处于转型时期，积极实施国际化战略是嘉兴企业培育国际竞争力的必由之 路。纺织企业是嘉兴企业的主体部分，它在嘉兴整个经济体系中发挥着重要的作用。随着 经济全球化趋势的加强和地方市场国际化进程的加快，企业国际化已经成为当前企业成长 以及地方经济发展的重要引擎，也是当前理论研究和实证探讨的热点问题。 传统理论一直把国际化看作是发达国家跨国公司的发展手段，然而近年来随着各种中 小企业在国际舞台上的日益活跃，无疑对传统观点提出了挑战。全球经济一体化使得国内 市场日益开放，现阶段中小企业不仅面临着国内企业的竞争，而且还要面临着国外跨国公 司的挑战。在国内外竞争压力不断扩大化的新形势下，中小企业要发展壮大，必须摆脱家 族化、本土化的传统狭隘理念，积极实施国际化战略，走国际化经营之路，这是企业自身 发展的必然趋势。 经济社会的转型升级，这就迫切要求一些传统企业必须转变发展方式，寻找新的利润 增长点。对嘉兴纺织行业而言，实施国际化战略无疑将是大势所趋。因此，如何加快嘉兴 纺织企业国际化的步伐，实施怎样的国际化战略都是值得关注和认真研究的问题。本文研 究的目的是探讨转型时期嘉兴纺织企业国际化战略问题。首先，通过文献回顾的形式对企 业国际化的相关理论进行了梳理和评述，为本文研究建立理论基础；然后，为了测度嘉兴 纺织企业的国际化程度，本文通过选取企业国际化测度指标，收集和整理关于国际化的问 卷调查数据，建立了企业国际化蛛网模型；接下来运用理论和问卷调查相结合的方法对嘉 兴纺织企业的国际化动因进行剖析；同时，利用 SWOT 分析工具对嘉兴纺织企业开展国际 化进行了比较具体的优势、劣势、机会和威胁分析；之后，通过对企业国际化战略的分析， 结合嘉兴的实际情况，给出了嘉兴纺织企业国际化战略选择的决策模型；最后，根据文章 的分析和研究结果，分别从企业和政府两个层面提出了实现嘉兴纺织企业国际化战略的对 策。 企业国际化程度的高低，在相当程度上体现了一个地区的经济发展水平和企业竞争力 状况，而企业国际化战略的选择则是企业持续发展和对外扩张的关键。因此，本文的研究 不仅可以为当地相关部门的政策制定提供一定的决策依据，同时还可以对指导嘉兴地区纺 织企业开展国际化经营存在一定的参考价值。 关键词：企业国际化;SWOT;纺织业;企业发展战略 II II Abstract Economy of Jiaxing is in the period of transition, international strategy is the best way for enterprises to foster the international competitiveness. Textile industries are the main part of the enterprises in Jiaxing，and they play an important role in the structure and system of the jiaxing economy. Along with the strengthening of globalization and international acceleration of the local market, Internationalization has become an important engine for local economic development, and it’s also a hot issue for the current theoretical and empirical study. Traditional theory has taken international as the means of development of transnational corporations in developed countries, but in recent years with a variety of small and medium enterprises active increasingly on the international stage, it has not any doubt a challenge to the traditional view.
