护理干预对老年高血压患者临床效果探析 　　【摘要】 目的：观察护理干预对老年高血压患者的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2015年1-6月收治的80例老年高血压患者作为研究对象，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组进行常规药物降压治疗，观察组在常规药物降压的基础上进行护理干预，比较两组的护理效果并分析。结果：通过6个月的治疗，观察组在基本知识、非药物治疗、饮食知识、危害认识以及诊断知识的掌握良好情况均较对照组水平有了很大的提高，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。此外经护理干预后，观察组收缩压与舒张压均显著优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：对老年高血压患者进行有效的护理干预可以显著降低血压水平，使患者血压得到控制，同时通过基本知识、非药物治疗、饮食知识、危害认识以及诊断知识等方面的掌握，对高血压的治疗起到了很好的作用，所以护理干预对老年高血压患者有着良好的临床效果，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 老年； 高血压患者； 护理干预； 效果 　　中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）19-0077-02 　　Analysis of Clinical Effect of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Hypertension/WU Rui.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（19）：77-78 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension.Method：80 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected，they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs，while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention on the basis of conventional antihypertensive drugs，the nursing effect of those two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：Through 6 months of treatment，the basic knowledge， non drug treatment， diet knowledge， knowledge of hazard awareness of the observation group were all better than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Moreover after nursing intervention，systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：In elderly patients with hypertension are effective nursing intervention can significantly reduce the level of blood pressure，make their blood pressure under control，at the same time，the basic knowledge，non drug therapy， diet knowledge，harm awareness and diagnostic knowledge on knowledge of the master，a very good role in treatment of hypertension，so the nursin
