胃铋镁四联疗法对幽门螺杆菌根除的效果 　　[摘要]目的 ?^察胃铋镁四联对慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡的幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除效果。方法 选择2012年1月～2015年12月西双版纳州人民医院收治的150例Hp感染患者，并将其分为三组，每组50例。标准三联组给予雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素口服14 d。胃铋镁四联组在标准三联组基础上，给予胃铋镁颗粒口服14 d。枸橼酸铋钾四联组在标准三联组基础上，给予枸橼酸铋钾口服14 d。观察患者的Hp根除及症状缓解、药物不良反应情况。结果 胃铋镁四联组的Hp根除率、腹痛及腹胀、酸性嗳气症状缓解率均高于标准三联组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 胃铋镁四联疗法对Hp的根除效果显著优于枸橼酸铋钾四联及标准三联，可更有效地缓解临床症状，未增加不良反应，在Hp根除上具有一定的优势及较好的安全性。 　　[关键词]Hp根除；胃铋镁颗粒；四联疗法 　　[中图分类号] R573 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（b）-0112-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of Hp eradication of Compound Bismuth and Magnesium Granules quadruple therapy on chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.Methods 150 patients with Hp infection treated in People′s Hospital of Xishuangbanna Prefecture from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and they were divided into 3 groups，and there were 50 cases in each group.The standard triple group was given Rabeprazole，Amoxicillin，Clarithromycin for 14 days.Compound Bismuth and Magnesium Granules quadruple group was added Compound Bismuth and Magnesium Granules，while Bismuth Potassium Citrate quadruple group was added Bismuth Potassium Citrate for oral administration for 14 days on the basis of the standard triple treatment respectively.Hp eradication，remission of symptoms and adverse reaction of the three groups were observed.Results Hp eradication rate and symptoms remission rate of abdominal pain and abdominal distension and acid belching of Compound Bismuth and Magnesium Granules quadruple group were higher than those of standard triple group，and there were notable statistical differences （P0.05）.Conclusion Compound Bismuth and Magnesium Granules quadruple therapy in the clinical treatment on Hp-eradication and symptoms remission has a better effect than the other groups.What′s more，it does not add adverse reaction，and it has a certain advantage and a better safety in the treatment of Hp eradication. 　　[Key words]Hp eradication；Compound Bismuth and Magnesium Granules；Quadruple therapy 　　幽门螺杆菌（Hp）经口进入胃内，部分可
